Re: REACH Compliance

The following is in response to customer requests regarding our compliance towards the "Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of chemicals" legislation (REACH) As the European regulation (EC) 1907/2006 publishes new substances to its "Substances of Very High Concern list" (SVHC) Unified Wire will monitor the changes.

We have contacted all of our supply chain and they have confirmed that none of the products they supply us contain a declarable amount the substances on the current SVHC list.

To further assure no disruption in our supply chain, we have requested that our suppliers have processes in place for notification should any of the materials they supply us contain substances which may later be added to the SVHC list.

As your supplier we realize we must be fully committed to comply with this legislation. We will continue to monitor our suppliers and collect the environmental data to ensure all our products will continue to comply with REACH requirements as they evolve.
