Re: REACH Compliance

The following is in response to customer requests regarding our compliance towards the “Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of chemicals” legislation (REACH) As of June 2007 the European regulation (EC) 1907/2006 has published its first installment of its “Substances of Very High Concern list” (SVHC)

Currently there are 16 substances on this list which will soon be officially restricted for importation to the European Union.

We have contacted all of our supply chain and they have confirmed that none of the products they supply us contain the substances on the current SVHC list.
To further assure no disruption in our supply chain, we have requested that our suppliers have processes in place for notification should any of the materials they supply us contain substances which may later be added to the SVHC list.

As your supplier we realize we must be fully committed to comply with this legislation. We will continue to monitor our suppliers and collect the environmental data to ensure all our products will continue to comply with REACH SHVC requirements as they evolve.
